Beowulf journal 4

In Beowulf lines 1159-1650, there are a few similarities to the online reading. Both speak of a horrendous beast who is killing men. Grendel is dead and his mother wants revenge. There is much detail in both reading on how the beast must be killed, and how their deaths were. In the online article their was a part that said, "See there! He squirms! He groans! His eyes bulge wildly out, Searching around in vain appeal for help!" The beast is killed as a punishment for their crimes.
